This video, dedicated to the research work done within Bossea Cave, Piedmont Region, Italy by Prof. Bartolomeo Vigna from Politecnico di Torino and his team, is an excerpt of a theatre performance design by the theater group Faber Teater in collaboration with the Department of Environmental, Land and Infrastructure Engineering of Politecnico di Torino. The performance, named Cambiare il clima (Change the climate), shows how scientific research and engineering contribute to face the challenges of climate change, starting from the experience of the project climate_change@polito. This specific video is dedicated to the role of caves in monitoring climate change, thanks to a permanent activity of field measures aimed at the reconstruction of the paleoclimate in the Alpine region.

Director Biography - Diego Díaz Morales

Graduated as Superior Technician in Imagen (expert technician in image) at IES Josè Maria Valcarcel, a school of specialization in teaching shooting and editing and sound techniques in Madrid; since 2009 he has been working as freelance photographer and videomaker. Since 2015 he has been working as the official photographer and videomaker of Faber Teater in Chivasso (Torino, Italy).
